Whenuapai
Cabra Developments have purchased three future subdivision sites on the Northern side of Sinton Road and Clarkes Lane, Whenuapai. All three properties have north facing views over the Waiarohia Inlet, part of the inner Waitemata Harbour.
Cullen Street, Mangawhai
Cabra recently purchased another residential subdivision block on Cullen Street, Mangawhai. Nestled on the hill above the township the sections will have spectacular views and are walking distance to the main beach. Construction is expected to commence in the 2024-25 summer season.
Rautawhiri road, Helensville
Cabra own another future subdivision block on Rautawhiri Road in Helensville. The land is just around the corner from our current project Urumaraki Heights. The land is zoned residential single house and will be made up of roughly 50-60 sections. We have begun the consenting process and expect to commence construction in the 2024-2025 summer season.
90 Trig Road, Whenuapai
Cabra own a future urban zoned block on Trig Road in Whenuapai. We envision this block will be developed into rural industrial yard space. We have begun the consenting process and expect to commence construction in 2025.
Hauraki Road, Leigh
Cabra have recently acquired a block in Leigh which will be developed into a residential subdivision with a rural and coastal settlement zone. This block has spectacular sea views and is expected to be under construction in the 2025-26 summer season.
